The measurements were conducted before the intervention (baseline, study week 00), after the 8-week intervention period (study week 10), and 36 weeks after the baseline measurements (study week 36). Face-to-face = Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT)-based intervention, six group sessions led by a psychologist; Mobile = ACT-based intervention, one group session and mobile app; Control = only the measurements. The values are unestimated means ± SD. * p < 0.05, ** p < 0.01 adjusted for study center and starting time of the study.
