Salary amounts were sourced from standard university pay scales for a bachelor’s degree-level research assistant and master’s/doctoral-level trainer, including standard (44 %) benefits. Supply costs were based on wholesale office supply prices used to deliver the intervention. Postage costs were based on First Class mail with return postage for questionnaires
